Cancelations.

All color and Brazilian blowout services require 48 hours notice or the client will be charged a cancellation fee of $125. This money will be put towards the clients service if they rebook.

Haircut appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee will be put towards the clients service if the client rebooks.

Refunds.

If a client is unhappy with their service, they have 5 days to call or email with their concerns. No refunds are given,

However, adjustments are complimentary unless the client has done something to their own hair or had another cosmetologist perform a service on the clients hair within those 5 days.

There are absolutely no refunds on wigs or extention hair. All sales on retail products are final.
